How we handle your data.
The shortest version: we collect the minimum information needed to send you your AIQ result and follow up about the programs you ask about. We never sell your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing robinkwee@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you take the AIQ we record your first name, work email, business / role, your answers to the 12 diagnostic questions, and the resulting AIQ score. When you fill out an interest form on one of our program pages we record the same identifying fields plus the optional note you write. We do not request payment information until you choose to enroll in a paid program, and when we do we use a third-party payment processor that handles card data directly — we never see or store your card details.
What we use it for
We use your information to (a) send you your AIQ result and the follow-up materials we offered, (b) reach out about the program you expressed interest in, and (c) understand which parts of the site convert at the aggregate level. We do not run programmatic re-targeting ads, we do not enrich your record with third-party data, and we do not share your contact details with anyone else.
What we share
The minimum needed to run the product: Resend (sending your confirmation email), Vercel (hosting, page-view analytics), and Anthropic(generating the personalized diagnosis from your score profile — answers themselves are not sent). If a Make.com webhook is configured for downstream CRM workflow, your submission is also forwarded there. That's it.
What you can ask us to do
Email robinkwee@gmail.com and we'll (a) export everything we hold on you, (b) delete your record on request, or (c) update anything that's wrong. Standard turnaround is 5 business days.
